We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Support Group Therapist to facilitate therapeutic support groups and create a safe space where individuals can share experiences, build resilience, and improve their emotional well-being.

Position: Support Group Therapist

Location: Online

Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured support group sessions for participants.

• Create a safe, respectful, and confidential group environment.

• Guide discussions and therapeutic activities that encourage peer support and healing.

• Monitor group dynamics and ensure participants feel heard and supported.

• Provide coping strategies, psychoeducation, and emotional support.

• Maintain basic documentation of sessions and participant progress.

• Refer participants to additional services if needed.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Training or experience in group therapy or counseling.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive discussions with empathy and professionalism.

• Experience working with diverse groups is an added advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience facilitating support groups or counseling sessions is preferred.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on an hourly or per-session rate, depending on experience and qualifications.
