TURI Africa Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At TURI Africa, we strive to deliver high-quality experiences and services. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled in a fair and transparent manner.

2. Cancellation by Clients

a. Standard Cancellations
7 days or more before the scheduled service/event:
→ Eligible for a full refund (less any transaction/processing fees)
3–6 days before the scheduled date:
→ Eligible for a 50% refund
Less than 72 hours before the scheduled date:
→ No refund will be issued

b. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show
No refunds will be provided for:
Same-day cancellations
Failure to attend or participate (no-show)

3. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule once at no extra cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance
Requests made within 72 hours:
May incur a rescheduling fee, or
Be treated as a cancellation (subject to refund rules above)

4. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility Refunds are only issued in accordance with the cancellation terms above or under specific conditions outlined below.
b. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–14 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed
c. Non-Refundable Items
Deposits labeled as non-refundable
Customized or special-request services
Costs already incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., third-party bookings, logistics, materials)
d. Partial Refunds
May apply where part of the service has already been delivered or expenses incurred

5. Deposits & Advance Payments
A deposit may be required to confirm bookings
Deposits:
May be non-refundable, OR
May be converted into a credit for future use (valid for 30 days), depending on the service
This will always be communicated at the time of booking

6. Cancellation by TURI Africa
TURI Africa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:
Weather conditions
Safety or security concerns
Insufficient participation (for group services/events)
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, clients will be offered:
A full refund, OR
The option to reschedule at no additional cost

7. Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in reduced service time
No refunds, extensions, or compensation will be provided for late arrival

8. Credits & Transfers
At TURI Africa’s discretion, clients may opt for:
A credit note instead of a refund
Transfer of booking to another person or date (subject to approval)

9. Special Conditions
Group bookings, corporate engagements, or customized packages may have separate cancellation and refund terms
International transactions may be affected by:
Bank charges
Currency fluctuations

10. Agreement
By booking with TURI Africa, clients agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
